An Incredible Start To November!

After a too short trip to the ranch, we are home again. It's funny. It doesn't feel like we were in Oklahoma long enough, but it feels like we were away from home for too long. Does that make any sense at all? I didn't think so.

The whole point of the quick trip up to the ranch was to pick up JJ (the Great) and bring him home. We finally located a place to board him that we like and feel confident will take good care of him. I didn't know how much I missed him and how much I needed him back close to me until we picked him up again.

He's about 20 minutes away happily munching on hay and Equine Senior. He's got other horses to be friends with and I have INDOOR ARENAS to ride in when it is cold and rainy! It's going to be a completely tolerable winter!

And if I want to, I can go see him RIGHT NOW! How cool is that?
